English summary
This information presents the results of  Jacob Venker's empirical study of a possible relation between the geocentric position of several planets and major temperature-changes in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Already in 1986 Venker proved that there is a significant relation.
The possibilities of long range weather forecasting by means of deterministic models are severely limited by the instability of atmospheric flow and the associated unpredictability of the precise behaviour of non-linear atmospheric processes beyond a rather limited time range (1-2 weeks). To a certain extend some of the loss of information with time and growth of errors, inherent in present model calculations, might be compesated by Venker's work as presented by his calender, the WEERWIJZER, by forecasting a relation between irregular quasi-nonperiodic weather phenomena by making use of geocentric apparent planetary movements of Mars, Venus and Mercury.
Major temperature changes are forecasted and most frequently observed under the highest peaks in the forecasting diagram.
